Art 239 L-32 : Pour lutter contre le plagiat, il faut savoir que le texte applicable requiert une condamnation à trois ans de prison et 300 000 euro d'amende contre les internautes plagiant les fichiers, textes, images de manière illégal ce qui est bien sûr disproportionné par rapport au mal engendré.
